1. Air Filtration & Cyclone Pre-Cleaners (Daily Inspection)

Fine desert dust acts as a high-abrasive compound inside engine cylinders. Clean the secondary air filter weekly and blow out the heavy-duty cyclone pre-cleaner daily after outdoor shifts.

2. Hydraulic Fluid Viscosity & Thermal Stability (Every 250 Hours)

Standard ISO VG 46 hydraulic fluid thins dangerously when operating oil temperatures exceed 75°C. For UAE operations, Goodsense recommends premium ISO VG 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil with high thermal breakdown resistance.

3. Radiator Core & Oil Cooler Blowout (Every 100 Hours)
