Self-Propelled Conveyor Belt Loader, BLG80
The Self-Propelled Conveyor Belt Loader, model BLG80, is a robust heavy duty unit designed for efficient loading and off-loading of airfreight, mail and baggage on all commercial aircraft in operation today.
The unit comprises hydraulic transmission; a gasoline engine in an easily accostable compartment and hydraulic steering.

The unit can be supplied with either 8 m boom.

The unit complies with EN 12312-3 : 2017 and comprises foldable handrail as well as a full series of available options, such as open or closed cabin with or without heating or with or without air conditioner,etc.

General Application
The gasoline belt loader was designed for low maintenance cost and user friendly.It used automatic transmission and built for easy accessibility to all components to reduce the maintenance time. This gasoline belt loader come in 8000mm conveyor lenghth.
Engine Transmission
The engine used is PSI while the transmission is a Graziano Automatic complete with torque converter

Hydraulic System
A gear pump direct connected to the engine provided all the necessary hydraulic power to activate hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor.
Other hydraulic components are pressure gage, pressure relief valves,check valves and emergency bypass valve.

Electrical System
The electrical system is 12 Volts. One 12 Volts battery provide all the necessary electrical power for lighting and electrical solenoid valve. A safety beacon lamp is fitted on top of the canopy at the back.

Major Components
Hydraulic Control:
(1) Control switch for front and rear cylinders are situated on the left hand side on the control panel.
(2) Push buttons for electrical solenoid control valve for for energizing hydraulic motor are situated at both ends of the loading conveyor.

Electrical Control:
(1) Toggle switches for beacon lamp and head lamps are situated at the dashboard.
(2) Master battery cut-off switch for all electrical system is situated at the drivercontrol panel.
(3) The system operation switch for hydraulic is situated at the driver control panel.
(4) The engagement of reverse gear will produces warning sound.

Safety Features
(a) While traveling or working on the airfield , beacon light have to be switches on as a warning sign.
(b) Check valves are provided for hydraulic cylinders to prevent unwanted retraction in the event of hydraulic power failure.
(c) Emergency bypass valve for lowering the boom is provided in the case of system failure during operation at the aircraft.
(d) A buzzer is provided for warning during reversing of the vehicle.
(e) Emergency stop button is provided at both end of the boom and driver position.
(f) Engine will cut off if one of the following:
i) Engage gear while system mode in operation.
ii) Engine overheated
iii) Engine oil pump not functioning

Surface Protection and Painting
• All steel surfaces are sand blasted prior to painting.
• All surfaces have a minimum of two primer coats prior to final painting.
• All external surfaces have a minimum of two coats of enamel paint.
• Tow bar,maintenance stand and wheel chocks are painted in red. (IATA)
• Drawing and layout of the final color scheme are according to your request.
• Printed or vynil cut logo and decal are provided.
